Shipping & Delivery

The House of the Collector, 25 rue des Bas, 92600 Asnieres sur Seine, France undertakes to deliver the ordered and paid by the customer.

Packages are generally shipped between 48 hours and one week after receipt of payment and off replenishment. The House of the Collector will not be held liable for any event beyond its control delaying the delivery of parcels (postal strike, natural disasters, etc ...).

We advise you to group your items in one order: separate orders can be grouped and you will have to pay for each order postage.

Particular attention is given to parcels. They are adequately protected. Your package is shipped at your own risk.

The customer has to check the condition of the items delivered.

Any anomaly concerning items (damage, missing product compared to the purchase order, damaged package or open, broken item, faulty ...) must be indicated within 14 days after delivery.

All items offered by The Collector's House are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code.


90% of our shipments are made with a postage stamp, among collectors it is the least we can do!


Depending on the products purchased, your order is likely to be channeled into separate shipments.


We may need to upgrade the shipping of your order (recommended, declared value, etc ..) and without any additional cost to you.
